Meeting notes become assigned work

Action items filed in Asana and posted in Slack — notes are not done until they are tasks.

Hired once in Slack. Viktor checks Notion every 15 minutes — no prompt per meeting. Tasks are created; nothing is emailed.

   Watch new pages in Notion Meeting notes, extract owner and due date, file Asana tasks in Ops, post the committed list in #ops. Confirm it, and it runs without another ask.

   The notes, not a task list

   Weekly ops · 18 Aug. OVH renewal, GPMS contract, homepage PR — owners and dates buried in the dump. Coffee machine still broken. Not an action.

   Filed in Asana

   Viktor creates the three implied tasks in Ops Project → To do. Jonas and Marcelo match. Jeremy has no Asana user, so the contract task stays unassigned.

   Committed, back in Slack

   The list lands in #ops with Asana links. ICM clip and coffee machine are skipped as non-actions. Notes are not done until they are tasks.
