Fill the contract from Telegram

Standard contract filled from Drive and sent via DocuSign — you only approve in Viktor.

Hired once as a Viktor task. When a client messages on Telegram, Viktor collects missing fields, fills the Drive template, and sends DocuSign only after you approve.

   Wire the job once

   Doc Signer in Viktor: watch Telegram, fill the Drive template, post the summary for approval, send DocuSign only after ✅. Confirm it, and it runs without another ask.

2. 022 · Work

   The client messages on Telegram

   Athanasius sends name, address, bathroom renovation, and €8,400. Viktor asks for quote number and dates before filling the contract — same chat, no form.

3. 032 · Work

   Summary, then approve

   Viktor posts the filled contract: client, site, quote 1011, term 21/08–21/09, €8,400. Reply approved or ✅ — then DocuSign goes out. Nothing sends before that yes.

4. 043 · Outcome

   Waiting on signature

   Building contract — bathroom renovation. One envelope in DocuSign, waiting for Athanasius Hoffmann. The paperwork loop is closed.
